If you mean and do what you say, I’ll praise you as a living Buddha!
Without removing the old bad karma you can hardly realize the wish, and may even lost your life of wisdom.
You’d immediately generate the mind to continue the Buddha’s career, and undertake the responsibility of enlightening all beings!
